This is an opportunity to deepen your connection to self, nature and community through a practice commonly known as Forest Bathing.  As a certified forest therapy guide, Jolene offers sensory invitations and somatic inquiries to facilitate an immersive ecological experience.  Forest Bathing has many evidence-based health benefits, but one of the most profound aspects of this practice is that it fosters a direct relationship with the More Than Human World.

This particular Forest Bathing experience is in collaboration with Sonoma County Sketchbook Club - a local drawing group who seeks to create experiences for the artist in all of us.
